The process

Six steps.
You own three.

Nothing here is a black box. This is exactly what happens between a customer pressing buy and a package landing on their doorstep.

  1. 01

    You

    Choose a blank

Pick from 43 stocked styles — Gildan, BELLA + CANVAS, Comfort Colors, Next Level, Port & Company. Every card shows the starting price with one print location already included, so there's no surprise at checkout.

    • 43 styles
    • From $4.99
    • Sizes to 6XL on some styles
  2. 02

    You

    Add your artwork

Upload a PNG at 2400px wide or better. The app trims the empty space around your design so what actually prints is what you drew, then you position it on the garment and pick your print locations.

    • PNG, 2400px min
    • 300 DPI ideal
    • Transparent or solid
  3. 03

    You

    Connect your store

Link Shopify, Etsy or WooCommerce and publish the product. You keep your storefront, your listings and your customer relationships — we're the part behind the curtain.

    Your customer

    Somebody buys it

The order reaches us automatically. Orders are batched into production regularly through the day, then checked before they're assigned to the floor. Once a job is on the floor it can't be changed or cancelled.

    • Batched through the day

    US Print Factory

    We print and inspect it

DTG onto the garment at our New Jersey or Texas facility, then cured and inspected. Roughly 2.5% of what we produce doesn't pass and gets reprinted rather than shipped — at our cost, not yours.

    • 24–48 hrs
    • ~2.5% rejected internally

    We pack and ship it

Packed, labelled and handed to the carrier. Printing the label generates the tracking number, which goes back to your store and on to your customer. Carrier scans can take 12–24 hours to appear after that.

    • USPS · UPS · DHL
    • 5–10 days US standard

—Worth knowing up front

The parts other people bury.

Timings are estimates
24–48 hours in production and 5–10 days in transit are what we expect, not what we guarantee. Peak season — the run-up to Valentine's, St Patrick's, Easter, Halloween and Christmas — moves both.
Once it's on the floor, it's printing
After an order is assigned to production we can't cancel it or change the artwork, the size or the colour. If you need a hold, there's a setting for that before the order releases.
Delivered means delivered
If tracking shows delivered and your customer says otherwise, we can't reship at our cost. It's usually with a neighbour or at a side door. You can always place a replacement order.
Sizing regret is yours
We don't refund or exchange because a customer ordered the wrong size or changed their mind. How you handle that with your buyer is your call.
